Blockchain Ownership

Individuals, communities and organizations can own a highly-customizable, virtual Apartment space in the Ethereum Towers, offering the social experience of a 'digital society' within an aesthetically designed and curated space.

Ethereum Towers consists of 2 towers containing 4,388 resident-owned Apartments. Of these, there are 3 distinct Apartment types which differ in size and availability. The types are Standard, Luxury and Penthouse spanning across 101 floors per tower.

Ownership of Apartments is represented on the Ethereum Blockchain, in the form of an NFT (non-fungible token). NFT technology provides the user true digital asset ownership.

Standard Apartments

There are 3,960 Standard Apartments available across both towers. This type is the most common Apartment type and is found on floors #1 to #99, with each floor being comprised of 20 Standard Apartments.

Luxury Apartments

There are a total of 396 Luxury Apartments available across both towers. This type is much scarcer in supply, has approximately 2.5x more floor space than the Standard type, and is found exclusively in the corners on floors #1 to #99. Each floor is comprised of only 2 Luxury Apartments.

Penthouses

Seen as the pinnacle 'real estate' asset within the ecosystem, there are only 32 Penthouses available across both towers. This sprawling two-story unit is approximately 3x times larger than the Luxury type and is found exclusively on floors #100 & #101. Each floor is comprised of only 8 Penthouses.
