### First Virtual Destination Ethereum Towers is our first virtual destination, the first deliverable in a much larger Ethereum Worlds ecosystem. Starting out as a free-to-mint project, Ethereum Towers is a community-focused social platform consisting of 4,388 highly customizable resident-owned Apartments. It will also consist of a variety of interconnected communal spaces and commercial areas, set in the forthcoming Ethereum Worlds Metaverse. Our product is designed for those that are seeking non-gamified experiences - those that may have less technical ability, but are still passionate about the future of virtual property and the power of the blockchain. The ***Center of Excellence for Art*** is a floor within Ethereum Towers which will feature Artists in Residence who are harnessing the power of Web3 to break boundaries and bring their art to a global audience. Each Artist in Residence will have an Apartment on the 88th floor of Tower #1 which can be used for things such as collaborative art experiences, gallery nights, performance spaces, and much more. Whereas the ***Center of Excellence for Community*** is a floor that will feature Thought Leaders within the Web3 space. These are people who have been identified as innovators, mentors, community builders, developers, security experts, and so much more. Each Thought Leader will have an Apartment on the 95th floor of Tower #1 which can be used for such things as educational events, AMAs, collaborative learning sessions, meeting rooms, and support platforms. Both Centers of Excellence will host public and private events to create unique user experiences for existing community members as well as visitors to Ethereum Worlds Metaverse.

### **Equality, Diversity, And Inclusivity** One of the initial goals of Ethereum Towers was to build a socially-based Metaverse platform that emulates apartment-style living and which was built on three community pillars - **equality**, **diversity,** and **inclusivity**. Our hallmark to date has been as an organically-grown, community-focused project that originated as a free mint. ### Showcasing Your Collectibles Collectibles will initially be purely aesthetic; however, we are hard at work exploring various options with the intention of enhancing the future utility of some or all Collectibles. Every Collectible NFT, whether representing a singular item or a bundle of items, will have an associated tier which can be reflective of their scarcity and design. The sculptural concept takes inspiration from a DNA helix that unites the entire community through a series of vertical terraces that wrap their way around the Towers. Each floor plate is rotated to create the helical impression in the external façade. This rotation encourages visual interaction between each floor’s community sky terrace that can be used by residents for meeting friends or for community events. The Towers will serve as the main residence in a sprawling Metaverse development that will offer users an ever-evolving and socially dynamic experience.

### Commercial Goods & Services In addition to the functionality geared toward Apartment owners, our goal is to provide dedicated spaces for commercial goods and services throughout the base of the Ethereum Towers. From Shopping Districts to Consumer Services, our aim is to have well-defined areas located throughout the first six floors of the Towers.

Ethereum Towers consists of 2 towers containing 4,388 resident-owned Apartments. Of these, there are 3 distinct Apartment types which differ in size and availability. The types are **Standard**, **Luxury** and **Penthouse** spanning across 101 floors per tower. # Creator Tool ### Fully Customizable Apartments The owners of Apartments will be free to use their space in any way they like and will be able to design, divide, and furnish it as they please. Whether as a residential space, learning center, or providing a service... owners will have access to a marketplace filled with an array of in-world furnishings and accessories. Additionally, these Apartments can be used as gathering places for a variety of social activities. The development of friendships and a **sense of community** among residents may be facilitated by these interactions.

### Intuitive & User-Friendly Tools One of the Metaverse's most user-friendly and entertaining building tools is being developed for the *Apartment Creator Tool* experience. This will be the **all-in-one tool** that residents use to personalize their Apartment space. Almost every configurable item selected from the standard catalog will have variations in color and finishing material. This will give the creator a wide range of choice when designing their space. Transform your Apartment into an NFT gallery with ease. # Identity & Strategy ### Unique Social Profile We live in an era of individualism, when everyone has their own social profile that is a reflection of their own personal tastes and preferences. We knew that Ethereum Worlds needed to provide the tools for people to **create a digital identity** that was an embodiment of their personality, so we have worked with our developers to give users a way of expressing their differences through use of their Apartment, in-world avatar, and in some capacity, the Companion App.

### Apartment Identity To further create an exciting and dynamic in-world experience, each Apartment owner will be able to craft an *identity* around their Apartment by assigning values such as Apartment name, description, and a predefined category. This information will power a discovery page that will be accessible to all Ethereum Towers visitors. ### Reward Allocation 385,000,000 tokens (38.5%) will be allocated to a rewards pool that distributes depending on qualified behaviors, actions, and mechanics. One such incentivized mechanic under consideration is the Apartment Multiplier System and would be exclusively available to Ethereum Towers Apartment NFT owners. The goal of this system would be to help fuel a **peer-to-peer economy** by providing Apartment NFT owners the ability to enhance their overall experience through multiplier activities, governance participation, and much more. ### Global Base Incentive The Apartment Multiplier System would potentially operate on a global base incentive, which would be the same for all participants. The base incentive would be applied equally to each eligible multiplier activity. This value would be adjustable and may change according to internal and external factors, as well as future governance decisions. ### Apartment Multipliers Multiplier activities that directly involve Apartment NFTs would utilize the Apartment Multiplier System, which would apply supplemental floor and luxury multipliers to any global base incentives. These multipliers would be determined by the type and quantity of Apartment(s) held by owners (i.e. floor and Apartment type). Each supplemental floor and luxury multiplier would be applied and added to the global base incentives *separately*. This rental system will provide a lower barrier to entry for non-residents enabling them to participate in the environment as if they were an Apartment owner. There will be a number of mechanics put in place to ensure that the wider in-world experience is not negatively impacted by this. ### Ethereum Worlds Vault The *Ethereum Worlds Vault* is a unique mechanic being introduced into the trading ecosystem. Each Vault will be filled with a selection of rare Collectible NFTs that can only initially be obtained via this mechanic. The Vault will operate on a global fixed supply of unlockable transactions in order to maintain fairness. This means that as each Vault is unlocked, it will continually reduce the number of remaining Vaults.
